The 5 of Cups is a card of dwelling on things you can’t change, you can’t change the past as you all know but you can change the future now. so instead of brooding about what has happened think about what can improve in the future. Loss and regret are such overpowering emotions where we all want to hide away but the flow of the Universe will carry you through this time and look to what remains unspoilt now
